By booking a taxi transfer with Calista Taxis, passengers agree to these Terms and Conditions. All bookings must be confirmed in advance, with full passenger details, pick-up address, destination, date, and time provided at the time of booking. Prices are available upon request and must be agreed before travel, with payment due in full either prior to or at the time of pickup. Drivers will arrive at the agreed location at the scheduled time, and passengers must be ready to depart; drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes, after which the transfer may be cancelled and the full fare charged. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, and late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full fare. Any changes to the date, time, or pick-up location must be communicated and confirmed by Calista Taxis. Passenger numbers must not exceed the vehicle’s capacity, and luggage must fit within the agreed space; excess luggage may incur additional charges. Passengers are required to behave safely and respectfully; smoking, vaping, and consuming alcohol or illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Calista Taxis reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or. unacceptable behaviour. Calista Taxis is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or missed flights, and is only liable for loss or damage to luggage in cases of proven driver negligence. Vehicles are insured for passenger transport, but liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Calista Taxis is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including traffic, road closures, extreme weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. By booking a transfer, passengers confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
