Includes one collection and one drop- off location. Ideal for straightforward, elegant transport on your important day.

Sapphire Package
Includes transportation to the wedding cermony. Your wedding car (taxi) will remain on standby following the service and the transport the wedding party onward to the reception
(2 Hour Package)

Diamond Package
A complete personal driven experience. Your wedding car (taxi) will take and wait at the cermony venue. Before transporting the wedding party to the reception via a chosen photographic location (TBD), allowing time for photography en route.

Bespoke Package
Our Signature Bespoke Package is a fully tailored wedding transport service designed around your plans and preferences. From extended hire times with multiple locations to custom routes, photography stops, and special requests, every detail is arranged to complement your day perfectly.

Thank you for choosing Calista Taxis to be part of your special day. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions for our wedding packages.
Booking & Reservation
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to secure your booking.
Your booking is confirmed once we have received and acknowledged your deposit.
Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Failure to complete payment by this date may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained as a non-refundable fee.
Cancellation & Amendments
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Any changes to your booking (date, time, or package) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Our Commitment
Calista Taxis will provide the services outlined in your chosen wedding package with professionalism and punctuality.
In the rare event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, traffic delays), we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.
Liability
Calista Taxis cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
Clients are responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests while in our vehicles.
